Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and HSE policies in hospitality operations
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local food safety regulations
- Conduct food safety inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits
- Investigate food safety incidents, accidents, and non-conformities and support corrective actions
- Deliver food safety and HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
- Monitor and report HSE and food safety performance indicators
- Support environmental sustainability initiatives and waste management practices
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and third-party auditors during inspections
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Food Technology, Environmental Science, or HSE
- NEBOSH / OSHA / HACCP / ISO certification preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality food hygiene regulations and safety standards
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic food safety or HSE reporting tools
