A leading healthcare provider in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, increasing brand visibility, driving e-commerce sales, and improving lead conversions across multiple digital platforms.

As a Digital Marketing Professional at uniCare Medical Centre, you will lead our digital marketing initiatives, oversee content creation, and implement data-driven strategies that promote our outpatient healthcare services, laboratory services, and pharmacy products. Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Multimedia Marketing

  • Develop compelling and high-quality marketing content including blogs, video logs (vlogs), articles, newsletters, and website copy.
  • Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Canva to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging of uniCare Medical Centre.

2. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, implement, and manage performance-driven online marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI, conversions, and brand engagement.

3. SEO & SEM Optimization

  • Enhance the website and landing pages through effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Execute Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase traffic, generate leads, and boost revenue.
  • Conduct regular website analysis and implement data-driven improvements for better user experience and performance.

4. Social Media Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Develop and implement social media marketing (SMM) strategies that drive engagement and grow the online community.
  • Monitor brand sentiment, respond to customer queries, and proactively manage online reputation to maintain positive reviews on platforms like Google My Business.

5. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing

  • Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote services, and enhance patient engagement.
  • Segment email lists, track campaign performance, and optimize content for maximum impact.

6. Brand Management & Promotional Activities

  • Strategically manage uniCare Medical Centre’s brand image across digital platforms.
  • Design printable marketing materials that support brand consistency, including brochures, flyers, and posters.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to launch service promotions and special campaigns for outpatient, laboratory, and pharmacy services.

7. Data Management & Analytics

  • Maintain and update digital databases for efficient marketing and reporting.
  • Utilize analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor conversions, and refine marketing strategies for higher efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Education & Certifications: Professional certifications like Digital Marketing Fundamentals or Digital Brand Management are a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong content creation and management skills.
    • Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing.
    • Experience in video production and editing.
    • Effective leadership, time management, and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating previous projects and campaign successes is highly desirable.
